ELOY:   Eloy

Today

It's six o'clock
still in bed to my dismay
people are hurrying though the town
they work all the day saving their pay
to bay themselves into a better life
I stagger out of bed and wash my aching head
trough my window shines the sun-light bright and clean
look on people's head
looks like pearls in river beds
and then laugh about their little world.

Something Yellow

Some day when wake up in the morning
you'll never forget that day
you feel that there is something in the air you've never seen before
something tough,something yellow
and your lungs begin to melt
during chimneys smoking everywhere
you hear the voice of your president
we must do something against the smog.

Eloy

See the machine and follow me
and let us touch this history
stop in a time of changing season
see a land of nobody
people sitting 'round a river
consumptive nice and with garment on
they are eating fruits
and do love the peace
and feel so happy all their time
they are called Eloy in this old story
but I think the are living in my mind
they are the world
I want to stay here
in this land of charity
spend my life
in a land of freedom.

Song Of A Paranoid Soldier

I'm soldier in a land
where cruel things never end
I'm coming home with a broken mind
home to my mother, she's so kind
please my mother
come on here
to help your son
I'm poor boy
I don't want to kill
anymore
take off pictures
the hideous pictures of death
please my mother come on take me home
I want to see the green leaves of summer
I want forget the years of war
and play in the sand as I did before when I was young.

Voice Of Revolution

I'm sure, the time will come
when we shall overcome
there's no more hesitation
for the sun will greet the day
I know you get your morning
people are near
ready to hear
trying to understand you
you still remember how people forget someone
therefore you have to call
up their minds in all
and if you realise
you can get your price
I want to know, how you just feel
when everyone get his meal
when freedom bells are ringing then.

Isle Of Sun

I'm dreaming on my dreams of freedom
remembering how all will be changed
I'm thinking of a lovely island where you find tenderness
we will reach a place for us
some day 'course I know
we'll get the land of peace
some where this time will come
someday, somehow
set me free of my sadness
push away thoughts of doubt
the darkness passes away
and the sun is gonna shine
all the time
when love is near.

Dillus Roady

Let me tell the story from 'Dillus Roady' who is the one we need
he's our crazy music fan and works hard each night when we play
when he's coming through the door
he's crying for gin and more
he's tall
later he even looks around
to see the girls hear the sound
he's high
'Dillus Roady' come on here
'Dillus Roady' we need some beer
he's like a mother without a breast
when we get tired in the night
he's the one who looks so bright
and hurries up to bring us home
if someone has a sorrow face
he sits down beside his place
and helps to forget the story.
